Tony has been part of the soccer community in the city of Everett for more than twenty years. Over that time, he has experienced the game from every angle, including becoming the only Everett resident to win the Greater Boston League Championship both as a player—in 2003 and 2004—and later as a coach in 2008. His career has been shaped at the grassroots level, where the focus is on helping players grow, supporting coaches, and building strong football environments. As Director of Coaching at Everett Soccer Club, Tony works closely with coaches and players to keep training consistent and aligned with a clear, long-term development pathway. You will often find him at the fields—watching sessions, working with coaches, and talking with players and families—while emphasizing discipline, learning, and respect for the game, all in service of building a welcoming, inclusive club culture rooted in development, accountability, and community.
